1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
GenPDF.app is an AI-powered document generation platform that enables users to create PDFs and interact with PDF documents using artificial intelligence.
3. AI Service Limitations and Disclaimers
- AI Output Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain inaccurate, incomplete, fictional, or misleading information. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using or sharing it.
- No Verification: GenPDF.app does not verify, certify, authenticate, or endorse the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of any AI-generated document.
- Unsupported Queries: If your request cannot be processed, the AI may respond with "Sorry, we are not able to generate PDF." In such cases, one PDF credit may still be deducted.
- Content Limits: AI-generated PDFs are currently limited to approximately 5–6 pages. This limit may change in future updates.
- Processing Time: PDF generation times may vary depending on server load. We do not guarantee generation speed or availability.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content you generate, upload, download, or share using the Service.
You agree not to use GenPDF.app to:
- Create or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Create fraudulent, forged, deceptive, or misleading documents.
- Impersonate any person, company, government agency, or other organisation.
- Generate fake identification documents, passports, driver's licences, certificates, financial records, legal documents, or any other document intended to deceive others.
- Use the Service for scams, phishing, fraud, or other unlawful activities.
5. Payment and Credits
PDF generation may require credits, which can be purchased through the Service. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
6. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated or if the Service is used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
