By using GenPDF.app ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

GenPDF.app provides an AI-powered PDF generation service, including features such as PDF creation and chat with PDF.

AI Output Accuracy: Our service uses AI models to generate PDFs. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may sometimes produce incorrect or unexpected results.
Unsupported Queries: If you attempt to generate a PDF with unusual or unsupported queries, the AI may respond with "Sorry, we are not able to generate PDF," and you may lose one PDF credit in such cases.
Beta Features: The "Chat with PDF" feature is currently in beta and may not function as expected at all times.
Content Limits: At present, our AI can generate a maximum of 3-4 pages per PDF. We plan to increase this limit in the future.
Processing Time: There is currently no priority-based generation. As a result, PDF generation may take longer during periods of high demand.

You are responsible for the content you generate and share using our Service. Do not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.

PDF generation may require credits, which can be purchased through our app. Credits are non-refundable unless required by law.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
